Great projects are built by great people.
That’s why 3P Construct was proud to sponsor the Apprentice Award at the Calderdale College Inspire Awards, celebrating the achievements, dedication and potential of the next generation.
At 3P Construct, we believe investing in people is just as important as investing in buildings. Every skilled tradesperson, site manager, designer and business leader started somewhere, and apprenticeships provide an important route for people to develop the practical skills, knowledge and experience that our industry depends upon.

Celebrating the Next Generation
The Inspire Awards provide an opportunity to recognise students and apprentices who have demonstrated exceptional commitment and achievement throughout their studies and training.
It was a privilege for Dean Anderson from 3P Construct to present this year’s Apprentice Award to Brodie Hoyle, a talented female bricklayer who is excelling in her chosen trade.
Brodie’s achievement is particularly exciting to see in an industry where encouraging more women into construction and the skilled trades remains incredibly important.
By pursuing her career in bricklaying and demonstrating what’s possible, she’s not only building her own future but helping to inspire other young women who may be considering a career within construction.

Investing in People and Skills
The future of construction depends upon attracting and developing passionate, skilled people.
From apprentices learning their first trade to the future site managers, designers and business leaders who will eventually lead the industry, creating opportunities for people to learn and progress benefits the entire sector.
Seeing so many young people recognised at the Inspire Awards gave us plenty of confidence about the talent coming through.
A huge congratulations to Brodie, as well as every finalist and award winner recognised throughout the evening.
Your commitment, determination and willingness to learn are exactly what our industry needs.
Thank you to Calderdale College for another fantastic evening and for continuing to create opportunities that help young people develop the skills and confidence to succeed.
Because behind every successful project, there are people making it happen.
