Project Overview
3P Construct was appointed to deliver the full interior fit-out of the Champagne & Fromage franchise in Crystal Palace. The project was designed to create a refined yet relaxed hospitality environment that reflects the brand’s distinctive identity while responding to the character of the local area.
Scope of Works
The works undertaken by 3P Construct included:
• Complete new mechanical and electrical installation
• Installation of LVT flooring supplied by Karen Dean throughout
• Full internal redecoration
• Installation of a new commercial kitchen
• Bespoke bar, seating and joinery, designed and manufactured to suit the space
• Bespoke seating upholstered with fabric from Camira Fabrics
• New external signage and external decoration

The project was delivered through a professional, proactive, and partnership-led approach. 3P Construct worked closely with the franchise owner, Elise Noble, ensuring clear communication, guidance, and collaboration throughout the build process.
Our team provided practical input and creative solutions, remaining responsive and supportive from initial strip-out through to final handover.
