The brief

3P Construct Ltd were appointed to deliver a full interior fit-out for Champagne & Fromage’s newest franchise in Harrogate. The project called for the creation of a refined yet welcoming space that encapsulates the brand’s unique blend of rustic French charm and modern elegance.

Our task was to transform the vacant unit into a fully operational, character-rich venue, designed to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience centred around fine champagne and artisanal cheese.

Our approach

Our team combined technical expertise with a design-led approach, ensuring that every element, from mechanical installations to bespoke joinery, was executed to the highest standard.

Scope of works

New Mechanical & Electrical Installation – Full M&E installation, including CCTV, lighting, ventilation, and fire alarm systems, designed for comfort, efficiency, and seamless integration with the interior aesthetic.
LVT Flooring – Installation of premium Interface LVT flooring, providing a durable and elegant foundation that enhances the overall warmth and style of the venue.
Decoration Throughout – Complete redecoration featuring a soft, atmospheric colour palette and textured finishes to create an inviting ambience.
New Kitchen Installation – A fully equipped commercial kitchen was installed, enabling smooth operation and consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.
Bespoke Bar, Seating & Joinery – A handcrafted bespoke bar now forms the focal point of the space, complemented by tailored seating and joinery to elevate the overall customer experience.
External Signage & Painting – The exterior was refreshed with new signage and full external redecoration, creating strong kerb appeal and a consistent brand presence.

The completed project successfully delivers the refined yet relaxed atmosphere Champagne & Fromage is known for.
